Importing and Exporting Identities

MailCloak makes importing and exporting public and private keys is easy.

Exporting Identities

First, open the MailCloak settings panel and navigate to the Keychain screen:

Now select the identities you wish to export (Tip: you can select multiple identities by holding down control and clicking on them). When you are done selecting the identities, right click and choose "Export" from the contextual menu

If your selection contains a private key, you will get the following message:

And then you will be asked to choose a location to save the file.

Note, you can also use the File->Export menu to export keys

Importing Identities

Importing identities works in much the same way as exporting them.

First, open the MailCloak settings panel and navigate to the Keychain screen:

Now you can either right click and choose "Import" from the contextual menu or go to the "File->Import..." menu.

And then you will be asked to choose a location to save the file.

Note, you can also use the File->Import menu to export keys
