Installing MailCloak SMB is easy!

Installing MailCloak Preview Edition

Simply run the wizard and click through the most of the screens (stopping to read and accept the license agreement of course). Once that's done, generate a MailCloak identity and you're ready to go!

Simply locate the installer in your download's folder and double click the installer icon.

Now select your installation language,

and the installation wizard screen will appear.

Run the Wizard

Now accept the license agreement,

Select the installation location (the default is in the Program Files directory on your C drive).

Select the start menu folder,

And click install!

MailCloak will now extract and install.

And now installation is complete!

Installing MailCloak for Firefox

Installing the Firefox version is EASY!

Simply click here to download and install MailCloak Personal Edition for Firefox.

Now look at the upper right corner of your browser. Click

Now a window should pop-up asking you if you are sure you want to install the extension.

Wait till it counts down from 3, and then click install.

Now click "Restart Firefox."

And when Firefox restarts, MailCloak should be fully installed, congratulations!


Generate a MailCloak Identity

Now MailCloak is installed, but you still need to generate a MailCloak Identity!

  • The installer will automatically direct you to the identity generation screen.
  • If MailCloak is already installed and you wish to generate another identity, go to the MailCloak Panel and Click on the File menu, Now select "Generate Key Pair..."

Generating an MailCloak Identity! is easy! Simply give it a name, enter a strong password and a default email address, and click ok.

Now wait a minute while MailCloak generates your identity,
